This miniature "shingle-style" hotel, last of its era,
overlooks astonishing miles of lighthouses, harbors, bays, islands and open ocean.
Fourteen guestrooms, wraparound veranda, a huge fireplace, deep water mooring and guest
rowboats. Near unspoiled beaches, nature sanctuaries, and a fishing village. Absolutely
informal, large enough for privacy, yet wonderfully unpretentious.
The Grey Havens is the unselfconscious beauty, restful simplicity, all the sights, sounds and smells that people have
been returning to for a century of Maine summers.

The Inn at Ferry Landing is a lovingly restored 1840's farmhouse on the Eggemoggin Reach. Formerly
the station for Deer Isle's only link to the mainland, a ferry, the Inn is located at the end of a dead-end
road and has superb views of the Reach as schooners sail by - many traveling to or from the nearby
Wooden Boat School. Guests enjoy a beautiful beach out front and the star-filled sky at night, all in a
private and undisturbed atmosphere.
