Serves 10-12 adults Preheat oven to 425° Use 10-12 buttered ramekins (ceramic baking dishes) or one huge oiled iron skillet
Ingredients
- 8 eggs (put out the night before, so they are room temperature in the morning)
- 2 cups warm milk
- 2 cups flour
Mix ingedients.
Pour into ramekins.
Bake for 15 minutes.
The pasty should puff up.
Serve with seasonal sliced fresh fruit:
- Peaches
- Blueberries
- Strawberries
- Bananas
Top with warmed Maine Maple Syrup and plain or vanilla yougart or homemade whipped cream.
